Cowardice is disgusting but happens... Evil combined w/ cowardice is what happ'd here. They abused their authority to restrict law abiding americans from saving their children. This goes beyond simple incompetence in my eyes and like many a kike regurgitates in situations to their benefit... 'following orders is not an excuse'.
