The guys claims are absurd and you started this conversation by denigrating fasting of all things. Fasting has sound science behind it not just claims. There are mouse models of high dose chemotherapy where fasting, surprisingly, has a lower mortality rate than eating before chemo. The dosages were high enough to kill 50 percent of the mice on average but the fasting mice died at a much less rate.
Anyhow, I'm sure there's something to some of what he says. The raw milk thing is absurd and processing can go way too far. Raw meat though is potentially deadly. I'm sure you can find it if you look but it's been determined that after we started cooking our food, lifespans greatly increased. I'm certain though you could treat raw meat in such a way as to limit your exposure to disease. Still, I'll continue cooking mine to be on the safe side.
I'd have to see a lot of documented testimonials for his cancer bs. It smells to high heaven for me but hey, people are free to do as they like. I'm CERTAIN he's never watched tumors melt away in a hot tub. That's just crazy talk. He does a lot of that.
