This guy has murdered at least 10 people with a knife and they still can't find him. He's probably in the bush near the reserve somewhere. They need trackers, copters with infrared, drones, dogs, etc. Flush him out and kill him.

Will he be judged by tribal law or Canadian law? I'm always surprised by the idea of "Indian" racial identity because it seems most of them seem to have very little abbo blood. Here in the U.S it seems they're all fat ugly predominately White women that are 1/88th Indian.
Mostly Canada stays out of Indian affairs these days, except for stuff like this. The UN wants the Indians to be self governing, and Canada signed off on that. This affair, however, is a criminal matter that has nothing to do with government, per say...
