I do not have the same issue on my desktop (windows11) with any browser For me, I believe the issue is this older laptop (the one I posted about) that is running Windows 7, and not the most up to date copy either as it was having issues with some updates (when they were supported) and I left updates off. I wouldn't have noticed if I didn't stray out of Firefox. It's really odd and it bugs me but it's kinda my garage stereo, lol so I'm not gonna worry about it. If you are still, I would follow some of the advice given here, there were a couple really good things to check, system time/date for example have a nice day!
