I was always attracted to her.

She wasn't good looking in a conventional way. But she had big ass titties.

And I did like the way her face looked, just the honesty about it, the smile, the way her eyes crinkled.

And she was funny.

Very few women can make me laugh. But she always could.

It is over now.

But she was one of the few humans I'll always miss.

Atrraction is attached to emotion. If you have sex and feel good around a person, their physical traits become more attractive to you over time. It's a nice coping skill to help relationships work over time.

Your friends shouldn't have influenced you to the extent that you jettisoned an ideal life partner. Sure, friends telling you that she was cheating on you is a different matter, but allowing them to remove someone who was compatible with you on so many fronts is bad form. You should never give strangers - because in essence that's what they are - so much power over you.
