Had one where I used to work, everyone pulled her weight, everyone knew she was being pulled over these except HR and she ended up getting a management position in another area. Oh the shock when they discovered she couldn't even show up for work on time let alone write a complete sentence. She didn't last a month and we managed to fill her position so she couldn't return.
