I've e been traveling throughout SE Texas. Everything that can go wrong before and during my trip has.

I like Texas homeschool laws, but sadly this trip isn't going as well as I hoped. What do I do? Where do I go?

I'm confused now. I'm boarding the plane home tomorrow night to figure out plan B. I'm really tired.

I'm trying. I almost passed put from the humidity. I think it needs to be dryer and cooler weather. When I return home tomorrow, I'll see if I can come up with plan B. Montana maybe...

As I have told you before, coastal Panhandle Florida, between Destin and Panama City Beach. I live there, it's great. After Memorial Day, rental prices will drop, there will be more availability. Many will get tired of running a vacation rental, and be looking to rent for one or two year leases instead. Hardly any niggers here, almost everyone is White and right. No homeless, no graffiti, no trash. Yes, it's expensive, that keeps the riff-raff out.

Have no idea what your family situation is but if you're completely flexible and living situation and you want to remain in the United States then go to county or locale and estate laws you build what you want land you on. From then on it's what kind of climate do you like you're going to wake up everyday honestly I think people overestimate climate because unless you're that's you're probably going to be living inside most of the time and heating and air conditioning have been a thing for 50 years.

From then on out it matters where you expect to get your money or if you already have enough how much you can spend. Obviously income tax makes a difference but there is a balance often between higher wages in a higher income tax day versus a no income tax day or wages are usually low. What you actually looking for. Looking for kind of term safety. What are you actually looking at your place you can raise your kids. What are you looking for?

By the way RV owners travel all around the world and there are a couple of good things by some guy who works with RV owners a lot a lot of them declare citizenship in the states of either north or south dakota. I forget. One of those States allows you to claim that as your official residence if you spend just one night in a hotel there. They like to have as many residents as they can because that increases their financial allocations from Congress which oftentimes are based on population. And then of course you don't actually have to live there these RVs travel all around the country and indeed the world and may never visit that state again or maybe there's a requirement they have to go there for a day or two a year I don't know.

I'm not sure Texas is the best place to go. The power grid is pretty unstable and the big cities might turn the state purple or even blue in the future.

Have you thought about Florida or Tennessee? Florida might even not be great if DeSantis becomes Trump's running mate and then Vice President. I doubt that the governor that replaces him will be as good as DeSantis, at least as far as Covid goes.

I know you complained about the humidity, but most of the free states are going to be located in the southern U.S. and there's not much you can do to get around it.

What are you looking to achieve, basically?

I've read through this thread and it sounds to me like you went into this without planning.

If you've lived in mountains and don't like humidity - you need to find a place that has a drier climate. Even places that aren't in the south can be incredibly humid.

You will not find decent housing for a reasonable price ANYWHERE in the USA right now. End of story. If you're moving you need to do 1 of 2 things: 1. Be prepared for the anal rape of overpriced home (and have the funds to make it work) 2. Buy something you don't like that you can fix up yourself/deal with until you're able to afford something better (which may be far into the future)

We bought our house 5 years ago. To get the same house now, we would have to pay nearly twice what we paid. We need something new, but we're fucked because we refuse to pay out the ass for something mediocre.

Groups (mostly Californians) are going to Texas, Florida, Idaho, Montanna, and Tennessee in droves and buying sight unseen with cash. You cannot compete with this.

What's your budget? Are you 100% financially independent? Can you live way far away from people and cities? Have you run cost of living comparison calculators? Would you be okay with cold knowing your birds cannot go outside for months at a time, or do you need a warm climate for them to have daily aviary time?

I'm not thrilled with the humidity. I do like rain, however. Unfortunately, only got 1 day of rain.

Lol please describe the person who scared you. I went to Texas and a few other places to scope them out years ago and tbh “I was not impressed”.

Houston was like an endless conglomerate of suburban blockage. Too much hispanic for my taste and the cops looked like power trippers.

Austin wasn’t as “weird” or cool as advertised. And neither as big a tech city. All the people I met weren’t in tech. Contrast that with San Fran area and everyone nearly you meet was in tech. I figured Pittsburgh was probably a better Austin sized tech city.

San Antonio I did like but clearly hispanic majority. Don’t think we went to Dallas.

I live in Texas. I'm advising against coming here. It's ruined. The amount of shitskins is too high. I'm looking at properties in Maine. Good gun laws, a high White population and cheap property there.

New Hampshire is nice

No state income tax , no permit needed for handguns , hell you don't even have to wear seatbelts , or use a helmet riding motorcycles. They believe you can make choices for yourself .

Not much in way of gibs , so very few niggers.

Winters are a bit rough sometimes ,but it's really a great place
