I do think its just seeding for rain and small weather changes, not creating tornadoes, hurricanes, etc.

so, normal weather is happening and if it was any bigger you think people would notice? Which totally couldn't just be 'normal weather' right? That would be absurd... there has to be a hidden meaning behid every normal looking event

So if something else irrelevant is happening, like say more than one squirrel in a park who looks at you funny, you'd assume that's a conspiracy of squirrels?

The real question is "to what extent can they manipulate the weather" we certainly have the technology that we've admitted to, cloud seeding and such, and i'm sure a bit more, but what , exactly, is the extent to which they can manipulate it..
