If not wanting to make one's own HCQ/ Ivermectin - Use Quercetin (Prophylactic dose 1000mg twice daily) is a natural substitute offering similar method of action/ benefits - just not as powerful as HCQ . Don't forget high dose Vitamin K2, Organic mixed tocopherol Vitamin E, Triple Strength Fish Oils, Resveratrol .... Do your own research and decide whats best for you etc.
Its about healthy living and replacing our (deliberately ) depleted Food sources with beneficial mineral, vitamin, enzyme, probiotic sourced nutrition. I have completely altered my diet and living over the last 2 years. Note: Doctor/ Mainstream recommendations for vitamin supplements etc are wholly worthless - they advise a dose so low that there is little to no benefit. Example: Dr gives me slow release Vitamin D3 capsule once a month, equates to 1000IU per day - Most individuals should supplement 5000IU per day unless outside in the sun. Same with Vitamin C (2g - 4g / 2000-40000mcg per day) not ridiculously low 100-500mcg during winter.
EDIT: It appears they are lobbying again to restrict public access to vitamins / supplements via Doctor only prescribing, same thing they attempted 20-30 yrs and failed.
