I think they feel it in their day to day life less than almost any place in the west. In terms of culture and rights they have done better than most of europe. Probably intentionally left alone as a cover, few people would think of attacking switzerland the way they do israel for example. The tradition of neutrality facilitates this and even kept them safe in ww2. But there is banking, the unique globalist ties, and the uncanny number of meetings there. To answer your question I'd say completely and is the primary international hub of it.
