Thousands of shills would pop out of the woodwork on obscure forums to tout the benevolence of this or that jew-owned pharma corporation. We're talking MASSIVE waves of new users on obscure, low traffic boards, in threads that were mostly between a few regulars at a time posting links to studies and things. It was *extremely* fucking obvious they were paid shills. Paid shills don't bother you if you're wrong. Ever. So it was very very obvious when the same thing was happening with the jew flu.
