In theory. In practice they put hundreds of proprietary and undisclosed adjuvents in each vaccine. Most of which are either "bad" for you or outright toxic. Mercury and aluminum, for instance.

It's disgusting that they still do this but while they screech that "anti vaxers" are crazy they have quietly removed mercury from most vaccines, many have had aluminum introduced, but this is even controversial in the field and efforts to fight its use are underway.
