I'm a couple hours behind you on the west coast. FYI the coffee didn't taste very good.

Shame. Maybe they weren't stored the best. If you wanted to store coffee long term (for prepping etc), I'd suggest putting the vacuum sealed bags of beans into an airtight container, then storing them somewhere cold and dry. If you wanted really long term you could get a perspex vacuum chamber and put the bags in there, but that seems like overkill unless you're stocking up on barter items, in which case green coffee might be better as they can be planted.

I put the rest of the unopened packages in the freezer for emergency use
