You're not crazy, I see it. It's an illusion like dampcat said. Happens to me sometimes on the command line or in text editors when I have high contrast color preferences.
I can only see the 3d if I have glasses on.

No 3D. All the text on that page (including the black background around "BasiEgaXorz") has a shadow. Probably using the text-shadow property in the CSS for the page. It makes the edges of the black background more diffuse and visually implies depth.
