I do. Up now and I feel as if I'm having an anxiety attack. I know the world is filled with evil. Unfortunately, some of us are also dealing with personal issues on top of that. These issues seem unbearable at times. Its why I stay away from the news periodically. Anyway, just needed to vent. Hope you all have a great day.

Fighting and learning self defense helps me alongside yoga because a lot of stress gets trapped in the body. When I am really bad off, just getting touch therapy or massage or body work is also helpful. We all have these moments... fight your demons and be victorious.

Will do. I used to teach high impact aerobics. Exercise does help. Had my daughter enrolled in self defense and the instructor thought it should be me in the ring. Luckily. I don't feel this way often. It just felt intense this morning. Thanks for your reply.

Lol. I got the karate belt tie perfect by the way. I wanted to fight too. My brother teaches jujitsu.
