Fighting and learning self defense helps me alongside yoga because a lot of stress gets trapped in the body. When I am really bad off, just getting touch therapy or massage or body work is also helpful. We all have these moments... fight your demons and be victorious.
Will do. I used to teach high impact aerobics. Exercise does help. Had my daughter enrolled in self defense and the instructor thought it should be me in the ring. Luckily. I don't feel this way often. It just felt intense this morning. Thanks for your reply.
