I do. Up now and I feel as if I'm having an anxiety attack. I know the world is filled with evil. Unfortunately, some of us are also dealing with personal issues on top of that. These issues seem unbearable at times. Its why I stay away from the news periodically. Anyway, just needed to vent. Hope you all have a great day.

Good for you. For some reason your response reminded me of the book The Art of War.
Maybe, its about knowing yourself. Better to call off sick then go and have a worse day. ;)
