I've had anxiety and panic attacks most of my life. I keep a few Ativan handy but rarely need them. Coffee is gas on a fire for me. I've learned to control it myself. Diet and exercise are very important.
I use to take Prozac years ago. It helped for awhile then I started feeling numb. So, I don't take anything anymore. Plus, I don't trust the pharmaceutical companies these days. But, you are correct. Exercise really helps.
Yes, all those drugs have side effects, and what works for one may be disastrous for another. Life has challenges and becoming a zombie isn't living. I'd rather feel than be numb.
