Yes but I know I also take responsibility for what I’ve done when I do it so there is nothing to regret. I take the time to always do what’s right and always do / seek what is true.
I can tell you though, just deviating from this once can put a splinter / rotten vine in the whole rest of your life.

Regret is something that doesn’t make sense to me unless you regretted it before you essentially did it. Otherwise you either knew it was “wrong” to do and took responsibility for it then. Or you didn’t know it was “wrong” to do and therefore can’t really regret it later.
