As far as professional commie sjw lefties, I'll bet no they are not as bad. There's too many part time teachers who have other jobs, or they're retired from a related career. There's also no student life on campus like a school with dorms. Lastly its cheaper and less prestigious so you won't have families who are rich enough to promote insane ideologies. You will have blacks though, but I'll guess they're actually trying instead of being paid to goto university
