A metal jogging track in a circular room. The room, track and walls are heated so fatties do their laps it gets hotter and hotter so the pounds melt off. If they stop or slow down their burn their fat feet. If they fall down the fat cooks off their blobby bodies. Either way they're going to lose weight. But the room will smell like shit. Good thing everything's metal so it can be hosed down.
