I have a job offer for a substantially better role (>30% increase plus benefits) that is contingent on me getting vaxxed.

Wondering if anyone has has had success bribing a nurse for a card or faking a card? I have a card pdf from a few months ago but I heard stories about employers looking into these. Any advice very much appreciated.

I'm sure some people have. You won't know till you try. Go to the crappiest non government clinic you can find. Pretend like youre going to get it. Isolate the person injecting you. Say you'll give them $100-200 to squirt it in the sink and process the paperwork. If they deny just tell them you got cold feet and want to leave. You won't be able to get in trouble at all if it's just you and one other person in the room.
