What are you talking about? I went outside as a kid plenty. I had horses, cats, dogs. I’m still allergic to some types of dogs and cats. It’s not a deadly allergy but if someone doesn’t clean their furniture good enough, which most don’t (they think their couches are dog beds and don’t enforce boundaries with their animals). I’ll end up with a rash. It’s nice you assume I’m so weak I’d die from animal fur and it’s my parents’ fault lol. Since we’re making assumptions, I will assume your house smells like dog butt with the way you responded to my comment.
It's been 7 years since we've had any pets. My house never stunk, as the dogs had outdoor access at all times and stayed in the garage/outdoors for 95% of their lives. It's fucking cruel to keep an animal inside a prison/house as it's not their normal state.
That said, for the times they were allowed in....they had their own furniture ;)
