No. Ban non white immigration. Incentivise blacks to give up citizenship and all claims to it for a reparation payment and citizenship in an african nation. Deport all refugees whom no longer have war in their homeland. Deport all illegals. Ban federal and state aid to all institutions in cities or counties which oppose these measures or assist such individuals from evading deportation. Close the southern border for a minimum of 25 years.
