I mean its a pretty obvious choice but I have to go with whomever is coordinating Fauci, Gates, Bourla, etc. They've been working on gain-of-function stuff for decades and have killed millions in the last 3 years though engineering and releasing COVID and pushing people toward the genocide shots. Not to mention the people they've killed with previously engineered respiratory infections, hemorrhagic fevers, and "vaccines".
