I use to, getting old sucks.
Well start with 10. Do that for a week then move it to 20. do that for a week then move it to 30.

Fucker I work physically at my job still to this day and until I die most likely. My workout days are behind me.
I don't know what kind of work you do but most of my friends who are carpenters or furniture movers or dudes who use their strength they were stronger than most people I knew that would weight lift. It's all about that core muscle strength. Do you have nasty calluses?
