Have two kiddoes now: I would homebirth if you can - it is expensive because Midwives typically aren't covered insurance. Ours was $3k each, but they help with pretty much anything you need for quite a while after. We are still friends with ours and the Doulas that were there. We live in a state that "allows" all this (Texas) and we have not had any issues thus far. We delayed and then stopped vxx - started MMR, DTaP, and the other one that is required but then decided that we didn't want to keep going with them. So, both kids are pretty much 85% unvxx'ed, if that is a thing. There's Vitamin K that they give that should be researched - not to mention that most Hospitals these days have requirements and you may or may not be able to be consented on them.
