I just went through my first page of comments and upvoted all of the threads, daddy.
I try to up vote every comment on my posts and up vote the posts that I read and enjoy.
If I have to take the time and make the effort to comment on a post I don't like (instead of just downvoting it) then I see no friggin reason why I should not take the time and make the effort to comment on a post I do like (and skip the upvote). In both cases my comment is my vote....a double edge blade able to cut both ways.
