I look at it this way. Yes. If you consider happy as defined as 'satisfied' then many can realize they are happy (satisfied) with where they are at right now and not worry they need to seek for happiness. It doesn't take much to be satisfied-happy.

If you think happy means emotional excitement and elation etc, then you might spend your life trying to convince yourself that you're not happy unless feeling certain emotions and then you'd be searching for those emotions from sex, drugs, alcohol, adventure, adrenaline constantly to generate enough feelings to convince yourself you have emotions-happiness.

True happiness comes from only one source -- doing in life what you were born to do.
