Lets just say I don't think it should be illegal to buy (it is where I live). Well, technically, it's illegal for human consumption so has to be sold as "pet food"... regardless, means next to no one sells it and those that do charge over $10/gallon which puts it out of range for me to use for making my own butter and cheese.
