I buy a "minimally processed" brand of milk at my local store. It's pasteurized but comes in an old-fashioned style glass bottle with the heavy cream clogging the top, just like what the milkman used to deliver to the front doorstep back when I was a small child. The flavor and richness are amazing. I'm satisfied, it doesn't have to be 'raw." The bottle is of course returnable, washable, and carries $2 deposit.
