A steak.

cost to much, doesnt last long. Dont be stupid when Im asking a different question.

Don't ask stupidly broad and vague questions that seem to literally beg for a joke answer then. Or tailor your expectations to your own contributions.

Also, protein bars are for gym faggots. You want to grow real man muscle, go do some fucking yard work and eat some real Goddamn meat right off the bone. The kind you get from gym workouts and protein bars and creatine powder turn into blubber in about two weeks if you fall off the regimen. Leading an actual real masculine life with hard physical work and actual food will make you strong like potato. Grow yourself like a hothouse flower and you might as well lean into that homosexual gym lifestyle and learn the art of pleasing men with your mouth. Plenty of protein there Sport.

You dont know me, all I have done my whole life is physical work. So shut up.

You sound like a scrawny retard who's never done any of the things you claim to.

Protein bars are perfectly fine for a sometimes thing. I have a Home Depot bucket full of long shelf life vitamin and protein packaged food.

But if you had actually done anything you claimed to have then you'd already know about pemmican and would have suggested that.

Healthiest too. Protein bars make me literally vommit.

I really enjoy Garden of Life's Keto Shakes as a meal replacement once in awhile. They also make protein bars - most of them have 20g of Protein per bar, but I've never tried them (too many carbs for my liking). The only reason I mention them is that the ingredients in most of their products almost always top most of what I can find.

Garden of life also has really good vitamins. I've been taking their multi's for years simply because i can feel a difference. The price is difficult to stomach, but the results are worth it.

Have a look to make your own a lot cheaper and you can generally make your own flavours if you cbf.

Add in a blender: Base is usually nuts, seeds, dates. Add coffee or cocoa powder or orange rind something like that. Maybe bind with coconut oil and blend. Chuck in fridge to set or freezer

I like Performance brand. Good taste, good texture, good macros.

You’re going to have a hard time with this since most protein bars make you grow tits. Back when I used to eat them I’d eat metrx colossal protein bars since they taste like candy bards.

If you want to go the smart route, grind up almonds and walnuts and dry them in the oven for a few hours then take this nut powder and mix it with honey until you get a thick consistency that you can morph into bar shapes and vacuum seal them. They will last forever if you get the nuts pretty dry. Even longer if you use less moist nuts instead of walnuts, I just like how they taste.

This mixture is definitely medium to long term storage, way better for you than protein bars, cheaper and it will definitely provide an advantage over competition in the event of shtf. I don’t need to go into explaining why nuts and honey are better than the soy and whey they put into the bars.

Def dont want soy. Im not looking into shtf with this. Got that covered just looking for a way to invest in shorter term while the dollar can still buy shit and before we go digital.

Protein bars are not really an investment though they will go stale as fast as the bulk size peanut butter jars. Might as well get cans of tuna in water with Almond butter / Peanut butter. It will probably be healthier & last the same as far as expiration.

1,000 small bic lighters is a better investment for SHTF. Last thing you want to do is light a fire when people all around you are starving. A little light is all you need for some quick emergency heat up. Plus you can trade them. I remember reading a guys story who was stuck in some Mad Max thunderdome city for 1 year when the Military locked them in there. They ended up ripping the frames off of houses & burning furniture just to stay a live. The lighter story stood out for me.

I have cans of tuna, and bic lighters. Im looking at food prices going up all the time and something diferent to buy. Not long term.

I used to eat a lot of Power Bars when I player sports. No clue if they're any good though.

Spoon of Almond butter

I like the Costco brand. No soy, 10g carbs, 21g protein. ~$18 for a box of 20 with a marked shelf life of 6 months.

Why not make your own? You can make it in bulk and freeze it and it'll be way healthier than anything you can buy.

I got supplies, dont want anything else frozen.
