Where are the options for stupid people to have Intelligent babies? We have the technology to offer them high quality embryos for insemination. Many people would jump on that opportunity. We could revolutionize society in one generation.

We don't even need risky gene editing to do it. Just tested high quality donors. Zero risk. Zero force. Everything is voluntary. Easy, cheap, and can be implemented today.

Strong natural selection pressure improved the qualities of the white race from ~AD500 to ~AD1800. Since the Nineteenth Century, the trend has been dysgenic. Similar to what heppened to Hellenistic and Roman civilization. After two hundred years of breeding mostly from the bottom, the white race is trash compared to what it once was.

In two or three more generations whites will be on the nigger level intellectually and far below the nigger level in every other respect. It's probably too late to stop the rot merely by promoting eugenic breeding, though that would still do some good.

We don't have the technology yet to safely and reliably alter DNA. At best we can make an attempt on a zygote and then test the results. But if you don't know what you are looking for, ie damage to other parts of the DNA, it is hard to catch. Gene sequencing only looks at a tiny fraction of the genome at specific genes. If damage is done outside of that it won't get caught.

Population A has a fertility rate of 1.5 and B has 2.5. After 200 years, say 7 generations, population A is down to 130 thousand and population B is up to 4.8 millions.
