We'd probably have advanced mathematics and physics before middle school. Maybe we would have a better way of bringing out strengths and interests in students. We wouldn't have any niggers or kikes in school (or the country for that matter).

teaching females to be self reliant with transportation

But owning a car is already a basic part of American culture. Plus, it can be handy when you are out of beer or ammo.
