Majority rule doesn't work in a mental institution, but that's not what Democracy is supposed to be.

Neither Capitalism, Communism nor Democracy have ever been faithfully practiced by any country because death penalty for corruption is not a thing.

Communism ... because death penalty for corruption is not a thing.

Communistm can not "work" even if practiced faithfully, because for communism to work, you need to loot stuff from people who do not want to faithfully practice communism. If you cant tax the haves against their will, there is absolutely nothing communism can offer. Involuntary taxation is its one single promise to the faithful. Corruption has no effect on the success or failure of communism at all. You cant make communism work even if you execute every corrupt bastard because sooner or later you run out of other people's stuff and then it's over.

Democracy ...

Democracy is indistinguishable from communism. If you cant vote to redistribute other people's stuff to yourself, you dont have democracy. If you can, you have communism.

Capitalism ...

Capitalism CAN NOT be faithfully practiced, because if faithfully practiced, it is a winner takes it all system that produces many losers and one single winner, so it makes no sense for the probable losers, which is everybody except one guy, to even start faithfully practicing it. Ironically, even if it is not morally wrong and not based on looting other people's stuff, capitalism in reality implodes even faster than communism.
