I found the report , and I call bullshit on that entire thing.

Imagine a 30 foot tall 12x12 steel post placed 6 inches away from another 12x12 steel post...and another, and another.

Once you get past that, there is another fence just like it.

The border patrol has trucks (and cameras) in the middle watching and patrolling.

There is no power out there.

A Dewalt battery sawzall cutting through that would take hours and God knows how many batteries.

I guess a generator would help, as a plasma cutter.

Once you have that cut, how do you keep that beam from falling? How do you keep the patrols from seeing? Night would be worse than daylight?

There is no way someone could cut it without being willfully ignored by the BP.

I am a contractor. A gas-powered saw with a 12-inch carbide blade cuts the bottom, then you just push the 'flap' open with a few guys, or back a truck against it. No problem. 10 minutes. https://www.adn.com/nation-world/2022/03/02/border-wall-segments-built-by-trump-administration-have-been-sawed-through-by-smugglers-more-than-3000-times-records-show/

Nothing will stop someone if there are no penalties for doing it.
