You can look up the type of cancer and what they got for it https://www.clinicaltrials.gov/ and use that to sign up for 'free' treatment or ask your doctor to prescribe it (many drugs are available and being trialed in combo with other drugs or being tested at alternative dosing, or if not yet available then push for access under 'right to try' laws). For trials for cancer they don't do placebo given your life is on the line.
