I did hit (high intensity training) for about 6 months. Best shape of my life. Also doing P90X. I would have continued until this day but I blew something in my hip one day. I heard it pop while I was doing high knees. I've never been the same since. The doctors keep saying it's priaformis syndrome but i think I really fucked up a tendon or something.. That was like 10 years ago. I can still run but nothing hard. Just be careful.
