It would make things interesting. Islam isn't as neutered as Christianity, but I don't think such an alliance would last very long. Islam is still an effective religion of conquest. Christianity no longer has any teeth to it.
If the alliance could get behind a common goal, just a temporary alliance aimed at eliminating jews, I'd be all for it. Hell, I might even accept Jesus into my heart for that sort of cause.
