People would be taught to celebrate their place in life, and to celebrate the achievements and accomplishments of others. You may not be the astronaut walking on another planet. But you played a part in that happening, and you should take pride in, and be proud of the role you played. Instead of being a bunch of envious people who sabotage everything because they aren't the hero. People would be encouraged to be the best they can be. Instead of being told that acting like a degenerate is "cool".
