I haven’t seen any law pass yet that says that. One was introduced in NY (of course) but hasn’t passed senate yet as far as I know.
It is law that to follow any and all of there instructions. You sign the ULA when you but a ticket.

I won't play their game but that means I cannot fly or take a cruise. Family wants me to take a cruise with them and they're acting like they are going to just book it and say "by the way you need to get your vax before we leave". They know I won't so it's just a ploy for them to fake rage at me.
