When people say this i ask them how they could possibly know that. They would need two of the exact same person to figure that out. There sample size was way too small to determine that. I think they counted the unvaxxed group hospitalized for any reason but the vaxxed group they would only count if the subject presented covid symptoms in addition to a positive test.
