I've been omicron for awhile now. Starts with the Monday cardio and then each day I look forward to using coffee in the morning for the tiredness, then do it all over again the next Monday.

I realize that. But muscle aches and tiredness are typical influenza symptoms. And now they are the primary symptoms of omicron. Convenient turn of events as we enter the typical flu season.

The whole thing is stupid. Go look up flu symptoms, then look up COVID symptoms. Same thing. “But muh loss of taste!” Yea that happens when you’re too sick to smell. My parents and grandparents told me when I was like 5 that when your sense of smell goes, your taste goes with it. That’s not a unique symptom of anything. They’re relabeling the flu, and now apparently relabeling the common cold too.
