Granted religious exemption from vaccine for my job. I have to Get tested once a week using the ID NOW pcr test and have been for months.I also have to wear an N95 with a Face shield because I have the religious exemption. This is extremely difficult to breathe in by the way for 8 hour days.. Everyone else just has to wear a blue surgical mask. I missed getting one test and had to sign a disciplinary paper , first and only time I've ever had a disciplinary action against me but the box they checked on the paper said it was a Final Warning. They said if I am ever late getting my test results by 2pm every Friday they would terminate me.. There were 2 other boxes that could have been checked as a first Warning and then a second Warning.

Today, I turned in my test from Monday. I go to work and 3 hours later I'm told that they do not accept the test I have been getting from a pharmacy at the drive thru. I noticed that others in the office were getting email copies of my test results and I'm pretty sure that is supposed to be private. The supervisor told me I have to get another test next week, wait 3 days for the results and then the week after I can return to work. They won't pay milage for the weekly test or for the test if this other test they are asking me to get costs money. It's also a PCR test by the way. it seems like this company is harassing me suddenly and are looking for ways to get me out. The company is also mostly composed of LGBTQ hires and BLM supporters. They celebrate Juneteenth with holiday pay. I am the normie in the company, white and Christian. Idk what to do or how to combat this crap but it feels like harassment and like I'm being targeted suddenly. I can't work now for 2 weeks and I'm not getting paid off or anything.

What is the best course of action from here on out?

The company is also mostly composed of LGBTQ hires and BLM supporters.

Find a better place to work.

Well I want to take legal action because I'm sure I'll get fired anyway, I'm just curious if I have a case of anything.

You have a case. If nothing else the fact that they shared your test results is a major red flag. That is a breach of your privacy and probably a HIPPA violation. You should get a lawyer in your area that specializes in employment law.

Also, look at your employee handbook. It probably states that you have to get the first/second warning before they can issue a 3rd warning. If they fire you without following their own policy then it is also wrongful termination.

[–] 5 pts

Thanks a bunch. It seems pretty off.

[–] 4 pts

HIPPA doesn't apply to non-medical employers. However, he has a great case for workplace harassment (in particular: retaliation and hostile work environment).

[–] 5 pts

I pretty sure hippa makes discosure of medical info to any individual who you do not provide consent illegal. But not sure ab pharmacy test done by pharmacist ask a lawyer would be free just to go ask.

[–] 3 pts

ADA covers this situation, not HIPAA. HIPPA mainly applies to medical people, not HR.

[–] 2 pts

Thank you. I will definitely ask.

Take back your red stapler. Set the building on fire.

Lmao

Make sure you break the printer in a nearby field with a baseball bat too.

Stop complying and let it work itself out.

[–] 4 pts

OP should have done this way before this stage.

[–] [deleted] 2 pts

In this case it may have actually given OP an advantage since the stupid company sent out a mass e-mail containing his results. This alone gives him a solid case.

Beat the jew at his own game.

Tell them that you sexually identify as vaccinated. If they try to fire you then claim homophobia because only faggots are vaxxed.

[–] 3 pts

Hahah. Yea. They are obsessed with vaxxinating. It's pretty retarded.

[–] 0 pt

Lmao that is perfect. I cannot wait to use this line on someone.

I would think you want to consult a business lawyer, or a labor lawyer. Most lawyers have several related specialties. Just look in the yellow pages under lawyer and see the different types and their specialties. Not sure you really have a case, unless you have iron-clad proof of discrimination. Sharing of the test results might be illegal, but that is if you can get it to court with a good lawyer and sympathetic judge. With covid-hysteria going on, that might be a bit of a stretch. you have two options: 1. stick it out as long as you can to try and (hopefully) get something with which to sue 2. get another job.
try not to quit until you have another job lined up.

Download a data destroying virus on a stick and infect their server. After that ejaculate into a cup of coffee and offer it to your boss for free. After he drank it, look him in the eye and ask him, how he liked his coffee! Also don't forget to buy a sharpie and write I hate niggers under every table and every chair, every plant and PC case.

And don't forget to scratch everyone's car and cut their tires.

[–] 1 pt

Cutting tires is time-consooming...use a valve removal tool

[–] 0 pt

Still to much work and an easy fix. Stab the rubbet part of the valve. Then they have to replace it.

[–] 0 pt

Stabbing it causes a loud hiss. Unscrew it, slowly, with a rag over it.

Forget that company. Not worth it. I'm no lawyer so not sure what you could do legally. Just make sure not to sign anything when you quit so you can get unemployment. They harassed you. I would expose that company on social media. Expose them as the faggots they are. Warn other people about them. Hopefully they lose business or go out of business.

The first question is probably "what did you agree to?"

If you agreed to an insane policy and couldn't keep up with it, then that's not really a case. But if you agreed to one policy and they keep unilaterally changing it to be more annoying without explanation, then that starts sounding like discrimination.

Basically been taking the same covid test and now they are saying it's not acceptable. And so I asked what parameters is this test not acceptable and I'll be waiting for a response because it's a rapid pcr test but none the less a pcr test. It's free the other one is not. I'm not paying for mandated shit if the company isn't covering it.

[–] 2 pts

Yeah, I'd make sure everything is documented. A lot of these companies are playing fast and loose with the law. In a normal world, they would get crucified in court for making a mockery out of the religious exemption laws. But there aren't enough qualified lawyers to deal with all these potential lawsuits, and the good ones are mostly taking on big multi-plaintiff cases.

I honestly think we'll need to get smart on the legal process and fight our own cases in court. Because most of us can't afford the legal fees, even if a lawyer is available.

[–] 1 pt

Aren't the mandates also suspended because of the Federal Court ruling?

[–] 1 pt

Why is one test free and the other is not? Get a written list of their requirements for an acceptable PCR test. Take it to the free test location and get them to certify that they meet the requirements.

[–] 0 pt

The one where you have to pay gets sent to a lab and takes 3 days to get back. The free one is same day. It seems they are trying to place a huge burden on us with the time it takes and if it's not back on time we get written up.

[–] 3 pts

tell them you converted to islam in a menacing way

[–] 3 pts

Wear a big puffy jacket at all times

[–] 2 pts

Don't use your labor to help LGBTQ's succeed

They probably made you sign an agreement with them that says they can do this, back when it all started. They're likely going to use that jew defense if you send the jews after them. If you haven't signed anything, that might help you if you have a case.
