Whites are victims of our own altruism, our nature has been taken advantage of by sociopaths with no empathy. It doesn't matter if the organization claims to be for a greater good, opportunists will still cheat, lie, steal and worse, as seen in the Catholic church, the nonprofit/charity world etc. One of the many reasons why I don't trust people, too many snakes in the grass.
Another problem that doesn't help us is that we've been conditioned to tolerate evil and rely on our leaders to administer justice, but I have no answers to that and it's a whole other topic.
