Proof of vaxxination

My boss just sent an email asking for proof of vaxxination be sent to HR ASAP. Additionally he said if we have not been vaxxinated to send exemption request to Hr. I think its a trap. Serious question, what should I do. I feel asking for the exemption is a trap, and thinking I should ignore the email and let them talk to me directly. What would you my beloved retarded nigger faggots suggest? edit update i have decided if they require this thwy (hr) can approach me directly upon which time I will claim I didnt see the email and need an exemption. Thanks all. New job may not be possible within this field as it is medical in nature.

The data has been entered into a computer from the very first shot. At the mass-vaccination centers they are video recording the shots for facial recognition identification verification.

The pharmacies are reporting the vaccines.

There is nobody that got a shot and ONLY had it recorded on the paper they were given. NOBODY.
