My boss just sent an email asking for proof of vaxxination be sent to HR ASAP. Additionally he said if we have not been vaxxinated to send exemption request to Hr. I think its a trap. Serious question, what should I do. I feel asking for the exemption is a trap, and thinking I should ignore the email and let them talk to me directly. What would you my beloved retarded nigger faggots suggest? edit update i have decided if they require this thwy (hr) can approach me directly upon which time I will claim I didnt see the email and need an exemption. Thanks all. New job may not be possible within this field as it is medical in nature.

Ignore all that shit. There’s no requirements or contract stuff that requires my employer to know my personal medical history. They can fuck right off. Just ignore. Don’t play the game. Don’t be on either list. Stay unknown. Any paperwork they give you save. Conti he to work as if it didn’t happen. Start looking into a lawyer just incase.

[–] 9 pts

I don't think he can ignore it for long. It's a concern, but not really an issue until they start threatening his job. HR probably wants to get as much voluntary compliance first without too much trouble. Because the next step is getting legal involved, which creates a lot more paperwork and the possibility of employees suing.

[–] 4 pts

its a fake requirement with no legal teeth.

[–] 3 pts

I know a dentist who treats legal teeth.

[–] 0 pt

It doesn’t matter if there’s no legal teeth if OP gets fired before they rule the mandate illegal.

That’s why they’re rushing it.

[–] [deleted] 10 pts

This is coming my way soon too.

Here's my two cents. I will not discuss or disclose any medical records or decisions made with my doctor to anyone. I will not disclose anything about my religious beliefs. Both would be a violation of my rights and privacy. I will not consent.

And yes, I fully expect to be fired. Don't care. Done with this bullshit.

And if everyone would stand up to this BS, they would be forced to drop all mandates, including the retarded masks.

Also, ask them to quote the regulation that they are being forced to follow. In other words, make them prove to you that they are doing it on their own. Record all conversations (openly) and save all emails for when you talk with an attorney.

[–] 2 pts

Some wire tap laws allow a conversation to be recorded as long as one person in the conversation knows it is being recorded.

[–] 0 pt

Depends on the state. Some states require all parties be aware.

[–] 0 pt

That's a federal regulation, states have their own versions which must at least meet the federal version. Florida requires both parties know that it is being recorded unless there is no assumption of privacy; say you are talking to someone in their cubicle with no ceiling, there is no assumption of privacy so recording the conversation wouldn't be illegal in Florida if only one person knew it was being recorded. It's best to check your state law. Federal law is a minimum standard.

[–] 0 pt

Get a doctors note. It doesn’t need details, just have it say the doctor says you shouldn’t get the jab. Done.

Why should I need to supply medical proof of any kind? My medical record and religious beliefs are no ones business but my own. I won't be filling out any exemptions or forms. If I do it now, I'll be forced to do it over and over again, with no end in sight - eventually that won't even work. This bullshit needs to stop. I will not have my privacy violated.

[–] 0 pt

I understand your standpoint, just be prepared to lose the job. The exemptions give employers a way out from getting fined by the faggot government. If they don’t have an excuse, they’ll likely fire you.

[–] [deleted] 9 pts

Time is your friend. For now they are simply asking for vax cards nothing more. HR will then decide how to proceed based on how many people sent in their cards. Time is your friend. The longer you can delay without committing to a course of action the better off you are. You don't need to do anything until your employer sends you an ultimatum with a date. Ie get vaxxed by Nov 1 or you're fired.

Additional Legal Resources to Fight Vaccine Mandates

Hi Everyone,

We recently compiled a list of law firms that you may call if you believe your rights are being infringed upon by your employer, school, college, or any group that discriminates against you for not complying with their vaccine or mask mandates.

Like I have mentioned before, most people (i.e. the people who just do what they are told by their employer, the government, or the narrative) do not know the law so they believe that vaccine and mask mandates can be enforced. However, this is not true. This is when you will have to push back and contact an attorney to get advice.

I hope this helps you because now is the time to stand up to this kind of injustice and draconian medical tyranny.

It’s hard to find a lawyer willing to take these cases. I’ve tried.

They have no right to your private medical information. Tell them this. Your medical record is only for your doctor and you to see. Your doctor is honorbound not to divulge that information. When they ask you if you were vaccinated, say nothing one way or the other.

[–] 1 pt

Biden's mandate is bullshit, It's scary but the dept of labor has developed no rules requiring a vaccine mandate. I claimed a religious exemption and just last Friday, went and got the vaccine. I won't tell my employer I got it, I want them to take drastic measures which I will then tell them I don't have to share my medical history with them, they want to know, ask their buddies who are more than willing to give the vaccine. The night of the vaccine, I slept good, really good, next day, a little light headed, after that, nothing so far. I still despise Democrats and liberals so it must not have worked on me. I have a folder full of conflicting documentation the company I work for has produced. Just waiting until they strong arm me. Follow your conscience. make them bitches work for it while trying to avoid a lawsuit.

Getting a fake vax card is easy.

[–] 2 pts

just delays the inevitable. paper cards are the stepping stone to digital/blockchain based vaccine records.

[–] 0 pt

not when the data was never in a computer

[–] 0 pt

its silly for you to think google can serve you up ads based on your thoughts but somehow the establishment is missing this key data they're going to use to oppress you.

[–] 0 pt

The data has been entered into a computer from the very first shot. At the mass-vaccination centers they are video recording the shots for facial recognition identification verification.

The pharmacies are reporting the vaccines.

There is nobody that got a shot and ONLY had it recorded on the paper they were given. NOBODY.

[–] 0 pt

how,where?

[–] 0 pt

Get the high-rez image, crop it in half, then print on 100-120 cardstock double sided.

[–] 0 pt

thanks

Shoot him in the face then stand over his corpse and say, "That's my proof of vaccination, nigger."

What makes you think having an exemption is a trap?

[–] 0 pt

The way I see it is theyll have a list of canned responses to dispute any and all reasons. At that point they have their gotcha

[–] 1 pt

Employer doesn’t want to fire you, they are trying to stay compliant with the illegal bullshit that Biden is pushing. If they don’t stay compliant they get fines, it’s just about money.

If you get an exemption, that gives them an out and they’ll Keep you employed while covering their asses from the OSHA fines.

[–] [deleted] 1 pt (edited )

According to Title VII the employer has to provide reasonable acommodations for your sincerely held religious beliefs.

If you have a sincerely held religious beliefs that do not allow you to get the vaccine, you are already exempt. Your employer must provide reasonable acommodation as long as it's not an undue burden to the employer.

If that applies to you then simply tell your employer that you are exempt because of your sincerely held religious beliefs.

Don't say an iota more! Nowhere in the law does it say that you need to write an essay explaining your religious beliefs. Your religious beliefs don't need to be part of an organized religion. They don't even need to be consistent. As long as you invoke your religious exemption they have to acommodate you. Think of it like talking to a cop. Anything you say can and will be used against you. The only way they can disqualify you is if you tell them that your religious belief is not sincere, or that it's grounded in politics or science.

Now, my advice is not to mention acommodations explicitly. By telling them that you are exempt, the implication is that you want to be exempt from the vaccine requirement. That is your acommodation.

They might or might not discuss acommodations with you. They might want you to wear a mask instead or take a weekly covid test. This part is a negotiation. Do those acts conflict with a sincerely held religious belief? Only you know that.

HIPAA, don't volunteer any medical info. And don't quit; make them take action against you. Document everything. Record conversations (check whether you're in a one-party-consent state). Good idea to make them specifically require it from you. Get it in writing if you can.
