I was assuming that the current regime would live out it's full four years, thus the "if he ran in 2024." If he took over at 2 years 1 day from Chairman Biden, then yes - he could potentially run for another full term. I don't really see that happening, the anything but Trump crowd is so desperate to keep him out they'll cut their own throats to do it.
