check the ((element for resistance)) if none element is burned out rare but it happens
also check if the timer dial switch is also not making proper contact sometimes it is just off a bit and does not make proper contact and the relay does not kick in to send power to the element
move the switch around in a circle when the machine is running listen for a clicking sound
that would be the relay switch kicking in if you hear a click its the timer dial not keeping contact constant
also it may be the relay it self
if the relay kicks in hold it in place where it clicks on and wait to see if the dryer heats up
if it does the relay works and the element works its your dial timer
oh and lastly go to youtube and see others attack the problem 8D
