Long story short, I moved recently and my new roommate told me the washer and dryer were both broken. I have the day off, and I just wanted to test them, to see if they are actually broken. Roommate can't fix shit, he also said the toilet was broken and he needed to get a plumber, I fixed that shit in five minutes. Washer is not broken. The slop sink it drains into is very clogged however. It overflowed when I tested it, so there is some water on the basement floor. Once it dries I am going to check the u trap, and maybe try some draino. But yeah, basement is wet now.
