Yeah apparently they didn’t. It’s actually kind of surprising how much more attention Presidential elections get. They also say like more than half of people in the US can’t name the three branches of government. It’s possible half of them are too dumb to know what a governor recall election even means or that one was happening. Heck imagine the number of ESL people who saw the signs and thought RECALL NEWSOM was the equivalent of NEVER FORGET.
